Realty Management, Inc. Selects OpsTechnology's OpsBuyer™ Solution

Las Vegas Based Property Management Firm Identifies Opportunity to Leverage Purchasing Efficiencies, with Benefits flowing to the Real Estate Assets and Third Party Fee Clients

San Francisco, Calif.- July 14, 2003 - Realty Management, Inc., (RMI) a full service real estate management organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and OpsTechnology, a real estate based technology company based in San Francisco, California today announced an agreement to license the latest release of OpsTechnology's spend management solution, OpsBuyer™ Enterprise to Realty Management's entire portfolio of 12,902 apartment homes, representing 46 properties in the Nevada and Texas markets. Approximately 75% of Realty Management, Inc.'s multifamily properties are managed on behalf of third party fee clients.

OpsBuyer™ is a spend management solution specifically designed for the multifamily industry, encompassing electronic budget control, invoice and purchase order management, customized spending controls and purchasing/business rules and a fully integrated, private catalog based e-procurement platform.
