S-J Management LLC Deploys OpsTechnology’s
OpsBuyer™
Seattle based real estate company streamlines business policies

San Francisco, Calif - October 15, 2003 S-J Management and OpsTechnology, the Real Estate Industry’s leading provider of specialized software solutions for property operations, today announced an agreement to license the latest release of OpsTechnology’s spend management solution, OpsBuyer™.
OpsBuyer™ is a spend management solution specifically designed for the multifamily industry, encompassing electronic budget control, invoice and purchase order management, customized spending controls and access to a fully integrated network of suppliers capable of receiving
electronic purchase orders and submitting electronic invoices.
