OpsXchange to Provide United Dominion Realty Trust with Procurement Visibility and Control

San Francisco, Calif. – August 13, 2002 – OpsXchange, the e-procurement solutions provider for the real estate industry, announced today that United Dominion Realty Trust (UDR), one of the top ten apartment owners in the nation, selected OpsXchange to build its Private Trading Network. Several factors influenced UDR’s decision to license the OpsBuyer™ Enterprise application, most importantly; the robust supplier network already in place allowing for increased visibility and control over UDR’s purchasing.
