OpsTechnology Adds Home Depot Supply to Vendor Network

San Francisco, California - March 18, 2005 - OpsTechnology, a developer of Web-based systems that enable real estate operating companies to decrease costs and increase NOI, today announced that Home Depot Supply (formerly Maintenance Warehouse) has joined its national network of more than 80 vendors.

Home Depot Supply, a division of The Home Depot, is the country's leading supplier of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products to owners and managers of multifamily, hospitality, educational and commercial properties. Customers in the multifamily industry can now use OpsTechnology's online catalogue to order thousands of Home Depot Supply products, including: hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, housekeeping, appliance, HVAC, janitorial, communications, paint and sundries, and tools.
