Alliance Residential Management Selects OpsTechnology to Manage Procurement, Purchasing and Payables
San Francisco, California -- April 16, 2007 --
OpsTechnology (www.opstechnology.com), the leading provider of on-demand systems that enable real-estate operating companies to automate their purchasing, payables and procurement functions, today announced that Alliance Residential Management (www.allianceresidential.com) is now deploying its OpsBuyer Enterprise and OpsInvoice Processing Solutions. Houston-based Alliance is one of the largest operators of multifamily communities in the United States with more than 45,000 apartment homes in over 150 communities throughout the United States.

Alliance Residential Management is in the process of deploying the OpsBuyer and OpsInvoice solutions throughout the multifamily portfolio. Once deployed, the new paperless system will provide end-to-end visibility and controls on all aspects of the purchasing and invoice management process. The final solution will include purchase order and invoice management, electronic procurement, budget reporting, automated approval workflow, online access to the company's preferred suppliers, content rich catalog content, invoice document management, vendor management and integration with the company's JDEdwards AP/GL system, which will ultimately create a paperless environment for the purchasing and payables processes within Alliance.
