Wilmar Signs Agreement with OpsXchange to Offer MRO Products Online to Real Estate Industry

Leading Supplier of Maintenance Supplies Will Integrate Product Catalogto OpsMarket Trading Hub

San Francisco, Calif. - July 11, 2001– OpsXchange, the e-procurement enabler for the real estate industry, announced today that Wilmar, one of the nation's largest suppliers of MRO products, has agreed to become part of the OpsXchange supplier network. Wilmar will integrate with OpsMarket, the online trading hub of OpsXchange, allowing the supplier to receive and process orders from customers through e-marketplaces powered by OpsXchange's e-procurement software, OpsCommerce Platform.

Wilmar offers the MRO industry's most extensive selection of maintenance supplies, with a product catalog containing over 8,500 items, ranging from appliances, plumbing, and hardware to electrical and janitorial products. Wilmar's participation in the OpsXchange network represents a significant endorsement of the OpsMarket trading hub as well as OpsPartner, the OpsXchange integration technology used to link suppliers to the hub.
