Sukhi Singh - President
Mr. Singh is President of OpsTechnology for RealPage, Inc. He brings extensive experience in real property management and construction services, and as an innovative leader in providing the industry’s only fully-integrated web-based spend managment system. Prior to co-founding OpsTechnology, Mr. Singh served as Vice President of Operations at Crest Asset Management Inc., where he successfully managed a portfolio of assets, including several thousand apartment units under various stages of development. Mr. Singh was involved in day-to-day property operations, including management, marketing, accounting, maintenance, and staffing. He was also Director of Development at Twin Cities Contracting Inc., where he was directly responsible for all phases of the redevelopment process including design, contractor management, and procurement. Mr. Singh received a BA in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Michael Lin - VP of Engineering
Mr. Lin has extensive expertise in the development and deployment of e-commerce websites. Prior to leaving Seattle and moving to San Francisco to join OpsTechnology, he designed and implemented the architecture for database systems at Microsoft Corporation for Microsoft Network (MSN) Search, the suite of content management applications for optimizing information retrieval for the MSN search engine, and the e-commerce website for Microsoft Online Billing as well as the enterprise database system for Microsoft Financial Services. Mr. Lin also designed and developed corporate client server applications and created software automation tools for the Information Technology Group at Microsoft. Mr. Lin received a MS degree in Computer Science and a BS in Computer Science and Physics from the University of Washington, Seattle.
Ken Murai - VP of Product Development & Client Management
Mr. Murai has over 10 years experience in technology and management. Prior to OpsTechnology, he was the Director of Account Management for the Finance and Healthcare sectors at Ask Jeeves Business Solutions, where he developed market strategy and managed the client services group that was responsible for such customers as E*TRADE Group, First Union, Arthur Andersen, and American Express. Before joining Ask Jeeves, Mr. Murai held numerous roles in operations and sales and marketing at AT&T. Mr. Murai received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, and his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Davis.
